question for spc nursing (interview)
hi, here’s the thing, i was homeschooled for this academic year 2025-2026 through a public school's alternative delivery mode (adm). fortunately, i graduated, but now i have a problem that's causing me to overthink.
last march, i took the entrance exam at spc and thankfully passed. i’m about to proceed to the nursing interview since bsn is the course i truly want. however, looking at my shs grades, i have a 75 in contemporary arts and a 78 in physics. the rest of my grades are fine or baka hindi kasi it’s 80+ pero my general average is 82. it wasn't entirely my fault, the teachers weren't providing modules to answer despite constant reminders. i was struggling with my mental health and had to stay home on my doctor's advice. my parents told me to stop school for grade 12, but i insisted on studying at home because i knew i could do it.
my interview is fast approaching and i can’t stop thinking about it. i’m scared i might not pass, but part of me feels confident since i passed the entrance exam. will they accept my grade of 75? please enlighten me, as i really need your thoughts on this. i can be transparent with them. if they ask me to provide a medical certificate to prove that i have recovered, i can do that. i just really want to pass spc for nursing.
