CCC training plan thoughts
Just coming off a marathon build. Ran Boston, build was great, race was bad. Very little lingering fatigue based on not having to work that hard during the marathon. Sadly. Good news for CCC though.
First time working without a coach. Put the above rough schedule together. Not included is: 2 days strength/week - one lower body, one upper body day. Thoughts?
