I just want to know if i'm welcome in this community =/

I wasn't born deaf, but ever since i was 21, i've had this ongoing issue where due to my narrow ear canals, every few months, i get ear wax impaction in one or both ears which makes me go completely deaf.

I'm always put on a waiting list for one or two months to get a microsuction ear procedure at the hospital, and i have to live a very frustrating life during that period.

It affects my job performance and social interactions.

Am i welcome here, seeing as i wasn't born deaf?

Why do some girls keep on engaging with men when they send creepy messages online?

I've noticed this often on r/creepypms.

A bloke will message something highly innapropriate and the girl keeps talking to them, often trying to beat them back.

More often, this tactic doesn't work. The type of men who send messages like that DO NOT CARE about how it makes you feel, and they absoloutely do know it's innapropriate. Trying to logic/argue back won't do anything. Some men even get off on the offended reactions from people.

Why engage with these creepy messages? If i get an innapropriate message i just delete/block it.

Why do people dismiss serious reasons why you don't want kids as 'trivial?'

My main reasons for not having kids is that i can only afford a one bedroomed apartment, have very little money and a serious mental health condition.

However, when i have told people this, they dismiss it as 'trivial' and often suggest far-fetched soloutions. "If your mental health is bad, get your husband to do the work!" What, so neglect my duties as a mother? "Tell your parents to help out with expenses!" Um, no. They don't have a lot of money themselves.

Then, after this, they just dismiss it all by saying "you'll find a way".
