Heat?

2025 es300h. Had it almost a year. First Lexus.

So I dropped it off today for a 10k service, and got a loaner (NX). As I was driving it I noticed I was getting warm and there was heat blowing through the vents. Which made me realize that I don’t think my ES blows hot air through the vents. I know AC does. Is this normal? I also leave it on auto/climate concierge. The NX had the same set of features turned on.

I even set it to the same temperatures I normally do for mine, which is between 68-72. Noticed the difference with the heat blowing through the vents.

Should I mention something/ask for it to be looked at? Or is that normal?
