Withdrawals
My psych dropped me from 50-25mg last week on my request and it is NOT going well 😭 My GP has given me Valium to get through but he wants me back on 50 so I feel like I’m meeting resistance with him about how to deal with this.
My plan is to get off completely but given how I feel at the moment, I’m genuinely terrified to even consider dropping from 25 to 0. I’m super sensitive to all medications - but I honestly can’t live with the anhedonia any longer without completely destroying my life. I’m in such a catch 22 here 😭
