Thoughts? Drove out there? Is anyone considering it with their kids? I drove out there sun was beating me up (bright) and I was not sure about the drive and in out. Houses are cheap price- I see why people are living there now. They said school could come in the next 2-3 years? Community center next year with no solid date. Pool situation looks amazing. $200 something with Internet & HOA. We are in the litchfield school district now.

We are looking at Fulton & DRB home builder formerly bright land. Any one purchase any these home builders recently? Any recommendations for home builders out here ? Husband wants to buy new not a resell.
