hey so i need your help. i’m currently working in spain and looking to move to DC for several reasons. since the H1B visas are such a mess right now, i thought about working for an international organization such as OAS, World Bank, IDB, etc.

I have a “strong” cv but i need to know what do i need to get into these places. Networking? what do i have to have in my cv? how long does it take? how competitive it is? help meee, i’m a bit lost since i’ve been working in spain for a long time now
