Curls fall out? Please help

Before reading this, keep in mind I am AA with type 4 hair. Please don’t suggest I spray my hair with water to make it last.

Does anyone have advice on how I can make the curls from my Coanda last longer when airwrapping? they last for like a good hour until they completely fall out!

(not sure if the pic will expand so please click if it doesn’t) I’m posting this to help those who recently had their procedure and weren’t initially happy on cast off day. please be patient, look at how different my nose looked from the middle to third picture. i’m an AA female with thick skin so for thick skin patients swelling can be frustrating.

my nose is still changing but getting better day by day. really happy with my results so far

I have thick skin and I’m 3 weeks post op. I had an alarplasty with my rhinoplasty and i know I am pretty early on in the healing process. I asked my surgeon for a dramatic change in narrowing my nose, and so far I can tell my nostrils have only been slightly narrowed. I still don’t think my nose is narrow enough width-wise.

Is this something that’s going to change? I know swelling usually affects the bridge and tip, but will my nostrils get smaller too with time? I’m worried I’ll have to get a revision or alarplasty in a year :/
