On the menu tonight: chicken and chive dumplings, but it’s just the filling

I made some chicken and chive “no wrap” rice paper dumplings, but I didn’t really think my son would do great with wet, sticky rice paper, so he essentially got meatballs made out of dumpling filling. Served with peanut sauce, seaweed salad (still trying to get him to like this!) and crackers. 15 months old.

High FSH:LH ratio but I have diagnosed PCOS?

I had my baseline testing done at the fertility clinic as I’m trying for a second baby, and I got some confusing results. Both my FSH and LH values are in the normal range for CD3, but my FSH is twice as high as my LH. I had read that usually for women with PCOS, it was the other way around, with LH being double FSH.

I had an internal ultrasound to count my follicles, and I have 25 of them in the right ovary and 14 in the left.

Could the 2:1 FSH to LH ratio indicate diminished ovarian reserve even though I have a bunch of follicles? I always thought DOR and PCOS were opposites. Anyone else had results like this?

(And yes of course I will discuss these results with my provider, but my follow up appointment isn’t until the end of May)
