Hi,

We are 2 adults with no kids and both earning. we’re first time buyers and are actively looking into buying a house in areas like Fruängen and Gångsätra(Lidingö). We are still leaning about the housing market. The size of the house is around 54-58sqm

We are trying to understand what this belåning is and how important is it to consider when buying a house? There are some old houses that have belåning less than 3k and some around 5-6k.

What are some important points to look at when reading Årsredovisning?

Hi,

I got married last year in November and have applied for dependent visa for my wife in November. At the time of submitting the application, I had already acquired PR around 6 months before the marriage.

The case officer for dependent visa was assigned in January. My wife has given an interview. In April the CO asked for photos of our marriage and also of us together as proof which we submitted immediately.

It’s been almost a month and there has been no update. We tried reaching the CO by call and and email, no response.

Hence, was wondering how long does it take for a dependent visa to be granted when the main sponsor is a PR holder? Has anyone gone through a similar experience before?

My wife and I are travelling to Marseille for a weekend trip in May. We wanted to know what are some travel tips, what to do and to be careful about when in Marseille. We dop not plan to use car for all the days, maybe 1 day out of the 3 days.

1, We are yet to book our hotels. Any specific areas to avoid in Marseille?
2, will we need a car to travel around Provence?
3, what are some nice spots to visit in and around Marseille? (We were in Nice/monaco last year)
