Hi,

I am looking for reputable clinics/doctors/hospitals to do a sleep study - I live in Bangkok so open to a ‘take home’ test or in house overnight test.

My father in his 60s also has one of the worst cases of sleep apnea - he refuses to use a CPAP machine, so has anyone had one of those mouthguard things that position your tongue to clear the airway made?

Any alternatives appreciated. He also had heart surgery last year so I really want to find a more sustainable option
