I got moroccanoil frizz control shampoo and conditioner and wow money hair mist and i'm looking to add products to avoid this dryness and frizziness. I shampooed and conditioned my hair and added money mist and hair became like this when it got exposed to air? any suggestions please? thanks

my hair is very dry and frizzy, and it gets dry very quickly when it is exposed to air. saw a dermatologist and she recommended redken frizz dismiss duo and moroccanoil frizz control. which one do I get? and if both are not that good? any better recommendations that are sulfate-free?
