Just came into possession of a 2021 XC40 with low mileage (also my first car ever after more than three decades on the planet!) 😍🌸 not the best picture, but such a nice glacial blue color, calling it baby beluga.

So far I love it—tho I always pictured myself with a hybrid or electric car, and MPG isn’t great. Telling myself it’s okay to intentionally and mindfully use/take care of something that already exists. I don’t use it for commuting, and plan to use it as a way to reach new hiking spots and other occasional cool stuff on the weekends, and also for things around town that were previously hard to get to or that would help a friend, like an IKEA or plant store trip.
