In a one-hour workshop, we will make a fresh batch of soil blocking mix, hydrate it, and then practice making soil blocks with a Ladbrooke soil blocker.

After we've practiced, participants can make blocks to take home with the purchase of soil blocking mix. BYO trays or preorder online.

I have a blocking & potting area set up for people who want to use the blockers by appointment, starting Sunday.

Hey gardeners. On the second Saturday of the month, I host a plant pickup + open garden + plant nerd hang out at my place in outer NE Portland. I have a backyard nursery with mostly natives, and invite local growers to set up to sell their goodies here. Also welcome anyone who wants to table about their plant/garden related service.
