Is Eero 6+ not able to do high speed as advertised?

I have been using 3 eero pro 6 in my 2859 sq ft two story home for 4 years now. All 3 use Moca wired backhaul. My internet connection is 900 Mbps down and I routinely used to get 600-700 Mbps down wireless. Two of them died on me so I decided to switch to eero 6+ 3-pack as I was getting a cheaper deal. However, when I replaced all 3 eero pro 6 with eero 6+, my speed has now dropped to 300-400 Mbps down. These are brand new eero 6+ we are talking about and they are not able to compete with eero pro 6. Is there any setting that I can change to get some performance back? Or should I just resign and return them and get the more expensive and not new eero pro 6?
I have to admit, eero 6+ is a bit underwhelming OOTB but I sincerely hope it’s something that can be tuned. Otherwise idk what to say.
