put one colonized grain of brown rice in each agar 10 days ago; whats diference from A to B?

16 days after S2B - the cake A have 1 shroom; the cake B its very white; the cake C its normal but no pins yet; I use water tub tek; the box think have nice conditions; the lid its close; have 2 holes on botton (closed) and 2 holes on top (that I open today); the cakes have much drops of water/humidity. This need more FAE right??

I have this cake in a shoebox - I use Water Tub Tek - the cake start pining and from my experience in 3 days, ready to harvest! I need delay that in 2 days +-; what can I do? Can put the box in fridge (6-8°C)? The cake/micelyum dont get damaged? Or better put in a place with 14-15°? Or I can use another technique? Thank you!!

I use this tek and think its one of the best..

Put 1 or 2cms of water at bottom of box.

The box have laterals holes: 2 in the botton and 2 in top, that I can close or open. The holes have micropore tape.

I do S2B in litle boxs (boxs of 1Lt or 1,2Lt from grow kits p. ex ) and after 10 to 15 days, I take out the colonized cakes from that litle boxs and put in that big box with water at botton.

The shrooms grow better (can grow in sides of cakes too) and the conditions in the box are almost always good..
