Provider for assessment (RTC)

Hello. I have contacted GP for an assessment and they have sent me a form whereby I have to state which provider I am using.
Looking for advice on who to use and the process, please.
Do I contact the provider first, or is this not necessary and I just put their details on the GP’s form?
I have an ADHD diagnosis (so I am familiar with the Right To Choose pathway), so a provider that understands the interaction of autism and ADHD would be preferable, if that exists.
Many thanks.

Swiss Cheese plant advice

Hello. I have wanted one of these for some time and managed to persuade the shop to sell this half price (£11) as it had a few broken leaves.

Lots of questions:

What do I do about the leaves that are hanging on by a tiny thread, cut them there or right back close to the base?

Is it possible to save the break that’s only partial? I read you can use some plastic (like a straw or something) and tape.

Looks to me like this is more than one plant in the pot. Seems to be at least three main stems that each appear to have roots growing down out of them. How do I know for sure how many, and, there are several, do I (and how do I) seperate them?

There’s some broken yellow stems near the base, what to do about them? Leave or cut back?

I think the final question is, when do I support them? Is it a moss pole that I use?

Any other advice would be very much appreciated as I am trying to improvise my house plant skills.

Thank you.

My Grandad and his brothers.

My cockney grandad (far left) and his brothers (it could be friends, but he did have 6 or 7 brothers). They grew up in the East End of London, Bethnal Green.
I think he was born in 1919.
I love this photograph!

I have a few courses I am taking part in, however the access is time limited (which is frustrating as they weren’t exactly cheap).
Are there extensions that allow for downloading the video content?
Thanks in advance.

Am I being stupid or is it no longer possible to scroll the play queue?
I get to play queue when on a song and clicking the three bars in bottom left corner. Is there another way to get to the play queue where you can scroll backward and forward?
Thanks.
