The past many weeks I’ve been using the greenway again after a long hiatus due to job changes, and it seems like the greenway is STILL detoured to 28th between 5th and Bryant - but the only news I can find about the detour is from October 2025. Sometimes it looks like it MIGHT actually be open, but I’m loathe to have to turn back around if I’m wrong. Does anyone know the actual status of the Greenway at this point or have resources that maybe I’m overlooking?
The Greenway Coalition leaves much to be desired trail-update-wise and the city’s site isn’t much better. 28th westbound as a cyclist feels like a death trap and I’d rather stay on the Greenway…
