Any way to get over my needle phobia?
I wanna switch to injections for my hrt because i hear its more affective, however i have a needle phobia. Whenever i get like a vaccine or get blood drawn i start laughing like crazy and cant stay still. Has anyone with the same problem as me been able to get past it?
