what do I do?!
Hi. Canadian here. I have a booking (edit: should mention the place is within canada) for this weekend, and I believe it's technically a non refundable option since I knew I was going (I only booked like 2 days ago)
All is well, until my card declines. Says to change the card within 24 hrs or else lose the booking.... um okay fine no prob I'll change the card. I navigate to the button to update card, and of course error. Fantastic. I try again later, new browser, incognito, nothing. Ugh, so I contact the property, they say I see your booking but bc it's booking dot com they can't change... they made a note so I don't think it will get cancelled but not sure... sent support a message and they just said contact property and try again...
Is there a canadian phone? or an actual live chat with a person? what do I do now? I will keep nagging support, but I don't think they will get back with enough time
