Would you say this soap is OK for face?
I was considering trying Dove beauty bar because I heard many good things about it but then I saw this one. The ingredient list is short and I think it should be better?

I have slightly oily skin and wish to try a simplified facial cleaning routine and go back to basics. I am learning about soap bars and how for some people it does wonders for their face. I was wondering if there is a list of ingredients, do's and don'ts when it comes to buying a bar soap for the face. I've heard good things about the Dove bar for the face and some other ones. Sometimes I will see a 'natural soap bar' in a shop but I will read the label and be uncertain if it's safe for the face or not as I don't know what to even look out for. I will put the ingredient list of one of the soaps I was looking at as an example below. I don't see any downsides of these ingredients but maybe I am wrong?

As someone who suffers from GERD I get the emphasis on the word 'suffers' and I just wanted to let you know you are nót alone in this. No matter how lonely this situation may make you feel at times or desperate. You are definitely not alone. I am sending you love and well wishes and I am proud of you for keeping it up because I know it gets really hard! I can't even imagine what some of you are dealing with. You're doing a good job alright? Try to keep your head up and give yourself a big hug if you can. Wishing nothing but the best for all of you.
I am looking for people who suffered bad GERD symtoms and who used PPI temorarily, say for a few weeks up to a few months max and have cured it and after weaning off of it were fine? I am scared to start PPI (I got perscribed omeprazole) because I don't want to be stuck on them, but over time I am getting more and more desperate and wonder if it couldn't help to use one shorter term and let things heal a bit cause I feel raw and like a walking bruise. I am still awaiting my endoscopy for next week and I am exhausted with my symptoms. For me it startted 7 months ago suddenly after laying down. I felt nauseous and pain for hours and since then I've had GERD symptoms. The bloating, gass, breath, pain, burning sometimes even in the ears etc. Maybe hiatial hernia, maybe from chronic extreme stress or something else. Time will tell. Finally getting medical help now. All I know is GERD sucks and I am sending good thoughts to all of you because this is no joke.
