Ingredients Guide
Since there seems to be a large influx of newer players here, I thought I'd share the list I've made on what the ingredients can be used for. All scrolls crafted will of course also require a Sheet of Paper but I didn't feel like writing that on every single one.

Healing Elixir (yarrow+e.p.b) removes
Burning, Necrofire, Poisoned, Bleeding, Acid, Suffocating, Decaying, Diseased, Cursed, Chilled, Slowed
Ferocity Herbmix (augmentor+drud) Start AP: +2, AP recovery: +2, duration 50 turns (+void-tainted crimson bream 100 turns)
Enlightenment Herbmix (calocera+drud) +6 int (void-tainted umber monkfish)
Alertness Herbmix (puffball+drud) +6 wits (void-tainted yellow ridgeback)
Eternal Artefact (large)
Helmet: 2 finesse, 1 huntsman
Chest: 10% air res
Belt: 2 Strength, 1 warfare
Gloves: 2 constitution, 10% earth res
Leggings: 1 polymorph, 10% air res
Boots: 1 thievery, 0.1 move points
Neck: 10% Fire Resist, +2% Crit, +5% Dodge
Ring: 10% Poison Resist, +1 Scoundrel
Eternal Artefact (small)
(Dagger, Bow, Axe, Mace, Spear, Sword): +25% (of weapon damage) as bonus Air damage, +15% chance to set shocked for 1 turn
Works with some unique items
Bonus damage does cancel bonus poison damage from poison bottles. You get air or poison damage. but you keep both effects (chance to shock and poison) so you have to decide what to use first.

If you feel you will use the items crafted from the SELL list then keep them, I've just never used them in all of my 8 playthroughs (normal, tactician and one honor mode) to get all the achievements.
