Different artists, same name, same profile

I'm not sure how they effed up this bad, but today I got a notification that said a band i liked dropped a new single... When I listened to it, I immediately knew it wasn't them. Checked the profile, and it's a mix of different artists under the same name, sharing a single YT Music profile.

How does this even happen?

Can't focus AFTER I stopped scrolling

So, since last december I have dropped TikTok, instagram, and X one by one, X being the most recent one with just one week of not using it. I use no social media at the moment, except for YouTube (no shorts), Discord and an online forum.

I stopped using them, not because I couldn't focus or do other as activities I enjoy, but because I disliked the content and the very invasive algorithm that tries to keep you always wanting more. Also I don't enjoy being exposed to violence and online beef.

I didn't have a problem leaving them, in the sense that I didn't feel this huge need to download the apps again. I've found other ways to spend my time and I'm happy with my choice.

The problem is... Now I have problems focusing. It's like the opposite effect of what was supposed to happen. This past week, it's been very difficult for me to sit down and study. My mind is just not there, I'm thinking about whatever else. This did not happen before! I could concentrate and do all my work without a problem.

It's like the lack of stimulus makes my brain so bored, the moment I have to face a difficult task it refuses to engage.

Any advice? Have any of you experienced something similar? Thanks in advance.
