I hurt it running long distances in shoes that weren’t meant for running. I was on a run outside over a month ago and it started hurting really badly. The pain is concentrated on a spot in the middle of my shin.

I feel like I’m going crazy bc no matter how much I ice it or rest it or wear compression socks it still hurts. Walking or standing for a prolonged period is rly frustrating. My big toe on that foot constantly feels like a finger that needs to be cracked. I stopped running and have only been cycling but I have no idea what to do and I really need help.

I had a checking account charged off bc of ~$200 (long story short I had a subscription still charged to that account and then hit w overdraft fees and never checked up on the account, closed after 60 days).

Balance has been paid off within 15 days of them charging off the account and bank said the account would be reported to Early Warning Services for the next 5 years. I know that this doesn’t affect my credit score but can it affect my chances of getting an apartment or a loan?

I didn’t know that this could happen and I feel so uneasy and irresponsible. I already paid the amount off, but they charged off the account after 60 days and didn’t inform me until a few days ago. The customer service person told me it will be on my account for the next 5 years. Have I ruined my credit history?
