Another post from a new monstera parent.

I'm new to houseplants and when my local independent greenhouse told me they'd sell this to me for $40, I had to have her. After looking at a lot of monstera posts, I believe I have multiple plants here. I probably should separate them before they get too much bigger, right?

I'm scared that I'm going to kill her when I try to separate and repot. I think I know how to do it... reassure me... or not.

I tried to get a good picture of the base. I bought a nice moss pole based on someone's recommendation here and when I replant, I would like to train her to use it to reach for the sky. I'm having a difficult time determining where the stem is. I know that I shouldn't tie it to a petiole because I've seen waves of scolding when someone posts a picture with a petiole. Will someone be kind enough to point out the stem(s)?

Any other comments, tips, etc., are welcome.
