Workplace micro cheating
With many posts and cases regarding cheating in workplaces, I’m just curious whether this is normal? (I’m relative new to the workforce)
I’ve been noticing that a female and male colleague (both married) have been getting closer and closer recently. To me, their behaviour and actions don’t seem to be what normal female-male colleague relationship look like. For example, they are always sticking to one another in the office. Many times, they are in their own world when having conversations between the two of them and they don’t really bother to include other ppl into their conversations. They are always laughing loudly tgt (almost obnoxiously at times) and will hit/touch one another when talking about funny stuff? I also happen to notice that they usually walk closely beside each other and bump each other when walking and laughing (not the bro kind of bump, more of the I gently touched u with my arm/shoulder kind of bump hahahah. like would two ppl in a platonic friendship do that) They readily share the same straw for drinks as well but ig this is common for some ppl.
Is the above sus and considered micro cheating or is such behaviour actually very normal and common in the workplace??
