Are the supplements doing this, or something else?
i’m an extremely worried person. At the beginning of this week, I recently started taking a multivitamin, magnesium glycinate before bed and also L-Theanine. I only begun to notice the symptoms at the beginning of this at the beginning of this week which is when I started taking the supplement. I also started working out again at the beginning of this week. I feel like a lot of my old symptoms are coming back that I haven’t experienced in a long time: some of those being, I am extremely tired no matter how much I sleep, I have very weird and vivid dreams, and if a family member tries to wake me up, they say I talk nonsense to them but I almost never recall saying anything or waking up. I started taking these to improve my sleep and get rid of a bit of stress and anxiety that constantly bothers me, but now I am experiencing symptoms that I have not felt in months.
(For reference: I’m taking 240 mgs “Nature’s Bounty” Magnesium glycinate before bed, although I have not taken it every night. I take 200mgs “Spring Valley” L-Theanine in the mornings or noon usually, and I’ve just been taking a normal “Equate” men’s multivitamin daily.)
