SOS any advice helps..

okay to provide some background-

-i’m 7.5 months postpartum (pretty sure i had undiagnosed hashi/hypo during my pregnancy)

-i got my normal bloodwork done and was feeling awful but chalked it up to postpartum (tsh was 67 2 months ago roughly)

- went on 100 mcg of levo

- retested a month ago and TSH came back around 9

-generally feeling better but doctor said let’s wait for another month or so test again before changing (increasing dose)

-after starting levo i shed about 10-12 pounds possibly water weight/inflammation in about a month

-i am holding onto an extra 25 ish pounds and regardless of eating less, tracking calories, and exercise can’t budge….

-i am not low on iron or any other critical vitamins when it comes to my labs

-my question is-is going on a glp1 a bad idea if tsh is still high around 9 or even lower but not optimal yet? has anyone else experienced this postpartum and does it just take way more time/what is up with this complete stand still in weight change???! GRRRR

i appreciate any insight you may have, im feeling beside myself as i work in a competitive sales environment i want my nice clothes to fit…also a new mother…also dealing with this diagnosis….just so much going on TIA
