Help! What and how?

Hello, furniture flipping enthusiasts! Picked up this cabinet off marketplace for $15. Not sure if that was a good deal or not, because it's got some...issues. The current paint job is not great. It's missing the two side glass panels, which previous owner remedied by stapling on some burlap fabric. The knobs are way too small for this piece IMO also. But, for some weird reason, I dig this thing (it sure beats the wobbly, plastic/engineered wood cabinet thing I got off Amazon a couple years back).

I don't know anything about furniture flipping, but I really love seeing what y'all can do, and am hoping you can give some tips and suggestions. Anything from how to go about removing this current paint and repainting, which color swatch you like, what style of knobs would look good, what to do about the side panels, to how to fix the corner damage. Appreciate your input!
