Using Trans Tape as an alternative to Kin Tape (not for binding)

Hey ya'll weird question, I have old Trans Tape that I bought a few years ago but I was never a huge fan as it gave me bad skin irritation/itchyness while wearing it and i would get really bad redness and sores after id take it off. I have siatica and knee pain and I was wondering if id be able to use trans tape instead of kin tape on my knee? I dont have a lot of money right now so I am trying to avoid spending on anything thats not food/shelter related. Does Kin tape irritate the skin the same way as trans tape? Most of my searches have said trans tape is actually not as harsh on the skin as Kin tape so im not sure. Any advice appreciated thank you!

ODSP ending in February of 2027, is this accurate information?

I asked my caseworker what to do when my odsp is up (since I dont have a family doctor right now) and this is what she said.. is this accurate? My understanding from this is that i won't have to reapply but I might have to complete a review package? Thanks

Anyone else unmedicated and dislike medications? What alternatives do you have for managing anxiety?
