Hey, I'm 11 months at the firm, I got solid year end review. Ms and As. What is the bonus structure someone like me at SC level?

When is bonus figure shared and paid out?

How am I doing at 32? $70k combined roth IRA and 401k.

I started saving for retirement in my late 20s admittedly because I had jobs that didn't really have 401k benefits and I didn't get that until late 20s.

Currently I make just about 160k and I have under 5k in credit card debt.

How am I doing?
