I have a 2019 Vauxhall Mokka. Last week, the engine started overheating. The water tank wasn’t holding water either. I took it to a mechanic who changed the water pump and thermostat, however the issue is much deeper in the engine and will cost thousands without the guarantee of being fixed. I can’t currently afford these repairs, and there isn’t any guarantee that the car will be fixed after paying all that money. Is there any way I can make a claim through my insurance? I am with Hastings Premier.

I still have 3 years to go on my HP contract with Arnold Clark. I feel physically sick with anxiety over this and would appreciate any advice. Thank you
