Is it possible to export caloric deficit data?

I'm exporting some data (so I don't have to manually write down one by one) to better compare them but I can't find a way to export my caloric deficit. I have already exported all the options that appear under "export data" but none comprises caloric deficit.

Deus abençoe o cárdio!

Só pra contextualizar, peso 59 kg, então essas 3.400 kcal realmente são consideráveis.

Doubts about Baseline Activity Level

Cronometer set my BMR as 1498 kcal. Based on that I get the following values for each Baseline Activity Level profile:

  • Sedentary: 1498 x 0.2 = 300 kcal

  • Lightly active: 1498 x 0.375 = 562 kcal

  • Moderately active: 1498 x 0.5 = 749 kcal

  • Very active: 1498 x 0.9 = 1348 kcal

Also, from "Report" tab I get that for the last two weeks I got an Expenditure of:

  • Exercise: 431 kcal

  • Tracker Activity: 559 kcal

As far as I understand, Baseline Activity Level would be a "pre estimative" of that two metrics - Exercise and Tracker Activity" - and would be substituted by them throughout the day if I have a watch measuring and syncing them with Cronometer, right?

Based on that, my Baseline Activity Level would be somewhere between moderately active and very active, right?

If that's true, does that make sense to set a custom Baseline Activity Level of about 1000 kcal or I can just let it as moderately active and in the end of the day the calories logged in from Garmin will correct any inconsistencies?
