Helloo I had my first lesson today and I was absolutely amazed and wanna start to visit pole dance lessons on a regular basis :)

Are there any tips or tricks you have for a total beginner ? Or just things I should know before I get into it ?

It could be the simplest things I’m grateful for everything 😊
