Free German language

PLEASE HELP... fresh grad po ako and may partnership po yung school namin sa isang agency. no bedside experience needed. They offered to fund our training sa German language (9 mos), need lang i-pass lahat ng exam hanggang B2.

do you think it's a great opportunity po? I've asked people who worked abroad but not in Germany/Austria and they told me na kawawa ka raw kung wala kang bedside exp and sa abroad pa. and ang sobrang hirap daw talaga yung German language compared sa iba.

pls help me decide po. sayang din po kasi, esp now na nag freeze hiring yung mga hospitals

Company nurse or wait?

hi! I passed the exam last year and up until now umemployed pa rin. I recently applied for a job as a company nurse. sabi po nila I'll handle 3 branches daw-rotational. yun nga lang, ako lang talaga mag isa na nurse since day shift lang sila. Walang ibang nurses to guide and train me, yung HR daw yung mag tuturo kung anong gawin ko since I also have to do HR works. I asked if may training ba but sabi nila wala raw talaga, work agad since basic lang na first aid gagawin (not unless di kaya ng first aid, i-refer agad sa hospital) + monthly reports and HR works.

main goal ko po talaga is bedside pero nag freeze hiring lahat, and while waiting, I've decided to apply as a company nurse. nakaka overwhelm lang po talaga knowing na ako lang yung nurse nila, parang ang bigat ng responsibility for me na wala pang experience. wala raw po silang nurse for ilang yrs na. should I accept the job po?

pls pls help me.
