How do you guys not lose weight while working this job? Six months in and struggling

Hey guys, I’m a skinny guy 5’8 and 125 lbs and I’ve been struggling to keep my weight up since I got this job. I usually work in baggage and I usually walk 10-15 miles a shift and spend most of that time stacking and carrying bags. I easily burn almost 2000 calories in one shift and I try so hard to make up for it but sometimes I just can’t keep up. I make these massive shakes loaded with a shit ton of peanut butter and protein powder and eat other high calorie junk like oatmeal with 10 servings of butter just to get the calories in me. Sometimes I try to force so much food into my body that it makes me feel sick and I want to throw up so I stop eating, then wake up starving the next day. I often wake up feeling so sore and tired that I think there’s no way I’ll be able to go to work but then I do it anyway and get it done somehow. I feel very unhealthy and I’ve lost 15 lbs since I started this job.

Brutal plastic surgery consultation, see caption

I finally had a consultation for potential dermal fillers in my gonial angles this week and it did not go very well. First off, the injector and clinic were mostly catering to old ladies so I was a little self conscious about being there and it was very awkward. Anyway I tried to explain to her my goal but didn’t want her to think I’m BP or into looksmaxxing so I had to avoid using terms like gonial eversion and bigonial width, so I just said some normie stuff about how my face is too round at the corners. Despite my efforts she could clearly tell I’m not NT, as I can never seem to fool normies. She seemed to think it was weird for me to want to do this because she said I already have a “square face” and she also said it likely wouldn’t be worth it and wouldn’t change much. I didn’t want to pull up the X-ray of my skull and showcase my lack of gonial eversion for obvious reasons as she would have found that strange. Anyway, she said she’ll do it but it was a very humiliating experience and I’m not sure if I want to go back or if it’s even worth it. What do you guys think, should I go through with it anyway? I got quoted $550 for first round of injection.

Hey everyone, I moved to Washington last fall and one of the main reasons is that hiking in the mountains is one of my favorite things in the world. Growing up, 1 would travel to Norway every summer and hike all the tallest mountains from base to peak. I wanted to move somewhere in the USA where I can do something similar.

Since it’s an unusually warm year, I'm wondering when the snow will have cleared out enough to where I can start doing the more high altitude stuff, where I climb 4000+ feet and summit the taller mountains in the cascades. Is it already? I usually avoid hiking in the snow because I don't have a hiking partner and even if I had an ice axe and crampons, it makes me nervous to hike alone over ice.

I have like 20 hikes bookmarked on WTA that I’m just waiting to knock out once it becomes safe. I did mount Si last week as an exercise, and summited in about 1:50 though I didn’t enjoy it that much since I was stuck in the forest the whole time.

I summited in about 1:50 but I was kind of rushing up because the whole time I was stuck in the forest with no views bc the altitude was too low. How long will I have to wait for the snow to clear away from the higher altitude stuff? I have like 30 hikes bookmarked on the WTA app and I’m just waiting until it becomes safe.
