I had a stable 50 fps in the steam deck. Now I'm having 10 fps. If I go to the lowest resolution and lowest texture I get 20 fps. I literally cannot even flip a light switch because of the lag. I think the animation is killing the cpu.
For me optimization should be the priority, just because without then I literally can't play.

This is probably asked often but it's really hard to find information about this in English; how do I go about to have a legal pathway for HRT in Sweden? I've been living in the country for a year now and I've heard a lot about the big queues that take a long time and anything and everything but it's hard to actually see the pathway forward, especially for someone who is unfamiliar with the whole healthcare system present. So how do I "get into the queue"? I know that it takes long before even a first appointment so that's why I wanna do that asap. Do I just show up to my vårdcentral unannounced? Do I need to call 1177? Is there a form somewhere? What to do?
I live in Malmö btw if that makes any difference
