Whats the difference between the $115 and $95 backpack here?

Was choosing between colors and saw the backpack in the first picture was priced at 99 and on top of it were colors priced at 115. Anyone care to tell me what’s different?

What’s the difference between the PPV Caprice for USDM and the Middle Eastern market models?

I’ve been curious and thinking of buying the last year of the caprice (I believe 2017 was the last year, correct me if I’m wrong). After seeing the interiors and exterior parts of most decommissioned cars, the thought of making a build using parts imported from the Middle East to convert to the regular civilian version like the ones in the Middle Eastern or Australian market struck me.

I’m well aware that conversion or restoration mods are always expensive, but I’m trying to learn and gather as much information as possible, so give it your all people, enlighten me with good information.
