If Alex Hoppe faces Logan O'Hoppe it will be the first time a pitcher faced a batter with the same last name except with an O' in front of it since Eric O'Flaherty faced Ryan Flaherty in 2014

Has anyone had a good experience using a self-serve online store for team jerseys?

I am sick of ordering jerseys, fronting the money and people not paying for them, having to order more than I need and getting stuck with extras nobody will pay for, guessing how many of each size I might need and being wrong, etc.

I was thinking of maybe setting up an online store with the team art so everyone can just get their own and be responsible for it themselves so I don't have to waste $50-100 every year. Any cons to doing this aside from it maybe being a little more expensive per jersey? Any good recommendations?

As an outfielder, is it better to get rid of the ball ASAP, or take an extra 2 seconds to right yourself and make a strong, accurate throw?

I know, "it depends on the situation" and obviously you don't want anyone throwing the ball away. But on average, and assuming both balls are equally likely to be thrown to the cutoff man, is an outfielder better off making a weaker throw flat-footed but getting rid of immediately, or is it best practice to always take the extra time to right yourself and make a strong, accurate throw, even if it gives the baserunners that extra time?

You know those games where it's been 3 innings and you're not scoring. Everyone in the dugout feels like shit and it's a self perpetuating cycle. How do you help your teammates snap out of it?
