Can u make better wings with an air fryer?

hi. i and my husband own a small hotel here. and we sell some hamburgers , fries, and wings at the small restaurant attached to it. i currently microwave tyson or perdue wings but my husband said we might need to get an air fryer because it seems a little bit soggy when we use the microwave. would an air fryer be much better than microwaves? can u also use it to make fries? currently i just fry mccain fries in a pan but i was always wondering how to make it very crunch like the ones at mcdonalds or wendys. my husband doesnt want to get a commercial fryer at our hotel tho.

do u have to sell british food at the hotels in the UK?

hi. we used to have a hotel in the us and we used to just sell burgers, steaks, wings and stuff there. i recently came to the uk because my wife is british and she got deported back to the uk for some convictions and we plan to open a new hotel here but the problem is restaurants here usually sell a whole bunch of english food like fish and chips, deep fried everything, english sausages, pies, beans, curry and some english food that ive never heard b4. do hotel restaurants in the uk really need to sell british food or are burgers, pizza and steaks enough?

Is making spaghetti at a reataurant as easy as home made spaghetti?

Hi. I and my husband own a small hotel and we have a small restaurant attached to it. We only make hurgers, fries, wings (we currently microwave frozen ones) , onion rings for now but my husband always compain that I should make some other stuff too. he always says we need to make some real food. I was thinking about steaks but im scared to make them because people might complain if it is no properly cooked especially if it is medium rare or medium. So I'm thinking about spaghetti since I'm good at making spaghetti and my kid likes the spaghetti that I make. But are the restaurant ones much harder to make than home made ones? Of course we will buy more expensive noodles and sause. but all we do at home is boiiling it and pouring the sause on it. but are there any other secret method for restaurant ones?

How can you make perfect medium rare and medium stakes without cutting them?

Hi. I and my husband own a hotel and we have a restaurant there too. But we only sell burgers, fries, some wings (we just microwave frozen wings) and drinks there and we now want to sell real food. I want to sell steaks here because it is easier than some other food but I'm worried they might complain if it is not properly cooked espeially if it is medium rare or medium and they are more expensive than hamburgers that we sell now. How do u know if it is properly cooked? Do u just grill them at a specific temperature for a certain amount of time?

In which states, can you sell your fish very easily?

Hi, I’m a 28 year old regional airline pilot, but I can’t join a major airline because I was involved in a few accidents and I dont have a college degree. My schedule is like 5 days on and 4 days off. I want to buy a small fishing vessel with $1.2 million that I made with Bitcoin trading back in the day and catch fish when I dont fly because I really like fish and seafood. I currently have a 6 pack OUPV captain’s license and I’m working on getting my 10 ton license. but the problem is I don’t know where to sell my stuff. It seems like there are no seafood auction markets in the US where you can just sell your stuff to many random buyers like they do in Asia and Europe. ChatGPT says there are some in New Bedford, MA, but I can’t really find any when I google them. It seems like you have to find buyers or find some seafood companies here in the US, but are there any places where you can always sell your stuff without really worrying about finding a buyer even if you only work part time? is it really possible in massachusetts?
