Kirkland Grapefruit Sparkling Water color and residue

I just had a Kirkland Grapefruit Sparkling Water for the first time. Initially, it tasted fine and everything was good. When I got closer to the bottom I started to notice a Sandy texture and I actually drank an orange colored clump. I dumped it into a white bowl and it looks like this. Is this common?

Update: It was given to me at a health clinic. I just thought maybe it was really really old or something. When I tried to read the expiration date I couldn't really make it out. I'll try adding the picture

I was away for 5 days and returned to this on my car

It is solid/hard. Best I can describe it is like chewing gum, but the whole thing is the size of my hand

Edit:

I live in Sydney Australia.

I tried removing it with boiling water. It didn’t fully melt, but softened it. I picked the rest off with a knife. It made a slightly ‘milky’ residue.

Eucalyptus oil did nothing to it.

How staff put the chicken out at a grocery store in Ottawa, Canada

These are frozen stewing hens. Staff member brought them out, put them in bags and then into the display case.

I sent to public health and they sent an inspector over. Also told me, that grocery store is an ongoing issue.

Chain is that way because the employee moved the cart as I took the picture
