Moms with littles under 5, need some advice!
HR asked me to host our next women's group and give a candid talk about work-life balance as a mom (4.5 & almost 3) in engineering. What would you say to younger crowds? Anything I should add from my short list below?
I was planning to mention the difficult journey to healthy kids. The reasonable accommodations, like pregnancy parking and pump room. And helpful hints like, adding a sound machine in your home office helps drown the noise level of kids.
