What are some songs that come to mind when presented with 1 Timothy 6:6-10?

"Godliness with contentment is great gain"

The only one I have so far is "It is Well With My Soul"

We have a friend who has kids of their own (young toddlers) and from the very get-go they have been avid travelers. They take their kids everywhere: all over the US, Asia, Europe.

We feel bad in comparison as we don't take our kids anywhere (other than local places like parks and museums and restaurants) because they are such bad sleepers and it just doesn't sound like something we want to take on right now. However, we also love to travel and feel like we're missing out.

We also feel like other kids who travel more may get more enriched lives and see different cultures and make more memories. Are we stunting our kids' growth if we don't travel with them in infant/toddler-hood?

Is getting ourselves and our family to church on time the end all be all on Sunday mornings?

In an ideal world, we would all get up on time, get dressed, eat a good breakfast, all the kids are obedient, everything runs smoothly, no traffic or road closures, and we all get to church happy and healthy ready to worship God.

But in the messiness of day-to-day life, how should we deal with oversleeping family members, tantrum-ing toddlers, lazy teenagers, angry spouses, last-minute things that pop up, etc? Is God pleased if we make it to church on time faithfully every Sunday?

What happens if we are known as that family that is always late? Should we prioritize family happiness and cohesion over making it to church on time? Or should we prioritize the mad rush of making it to church on time at the expense of family relationships? Is it okay to arrive angry at each other if it means that God is pleased? Or is it okay to arrive late and God is not pleased but our family is happy with each other?
