Wide midfoot issues

I recently went to see a local podiatrist after having more issues with my trash feet than normal. In the last six months my arches seem to be flattening more under load, especially later in the day. I’m on my feet on concrete all day. During my visit he recommended an Amazon wide toebox shoe from Bronax. It’s a fairly generic cheap shoe with a larger shaped toebox. Just like topo and all the altras I’ve tried it comes way in at the arch area and I hang way over the inside midfoot area. A local running shop had me in a brooks ghost max 11.5US 4E but it was so sloppy in the front and the cushion made me feel pretty unstable. The podiatrist said I’m really a 12 2E and I don’t necessarily disagree but I can’t find a shoe shaped like my foot. He did suggest I ignore OTC insoles as well.

Any suggestions? My podiatrist seems more concerned with my forefoot than the part that hurts so much.
