What’s the point of Tracked 24?

I don’t think it’s unreasonable to think that if you select and pay for a service which includes 24 in the name and a tag line that it’s - next day delivery as long as it’s dropped off before midday, to assume / rely on it getting there the next working day.

The Royal Mail website won’t allow you to make any enquires until it’s 5 days late.

Any suggestions on what to do - I’m minded to drive to Medway MC and just ask for it back so I can sen it via a different service as it’s for son’s birthday this Friday.

Knocked PC off desk - not powering on

Evening all,

As per the title my son accidentally knocked his PC tower off of his desk.

Only physical damage is to the front cover for his fans.

We’ve disconnected all the cables and made sure nothing has been disconnected.

Any suggestions on what we prioritise doing to see how damaged it might be?
