my 2023 wave wakes up when I approach, but doesn't unlock.

Hi, I've had this 2023 Wave less than a week, so please excuse me if this is answered elsewhere...

it seems like I'm missing something super basic, but when I walk up to my car with the fob in my pocket, the car wakes up (interior and handle lights turn on etc.), but it doesn't unlock, and I have to push the unlock button on the fob to get in. when I tried pushing the button in the handle, it locked the car again, even when the doors were already locked. how can I have the car be locked when I'm not trying to get into the car, but unlock automatically when I want to get into the car?

due to where I live and work, I am not comfortable with leaving the car unlocked.

Hi, I might be purchasing a 24 wave ev soon, it'll be my first ev, do they come with a basic "regular 120v outlet" level 1 charger? If not, can anybody recommend one? Yes I know they're slow, but that's ok for now.

Longer term will involve getting a level 2, but that requires more work and licensed electricians in my area.

Thank you!

Edited to add: I don't know why every comment is getting is downvoted by someone not leaving any kind of counter-information. I appreciate everyone who is actually sharing their experience and recommendations.
