Creepy neighbor
I’m curious if anyone else finds this normal.
My neighbor appears to work from home. He lives directly across the street from me. I say he appears to work from home because his car is usually parked in the driveway.
He has recently taken to the habit of watching me leave for work and watching me come home. Every day when I come home or when I leave, he is sitting in his garage with a chair directly facing my driveway. He is rarely on his phone and stares at me as I leave. He has never spoken to me, never initiated conversation or anything remotely neighborly.
I feel like I’m being stalked by because he’s clearly memorizing my schedule. But he hasn’t done anything violent or weird, he just stalks me.
There is no one else on the entire street or in the neighborhood who does this type of behavior. He is the only one sitting in his garage, staring at the neighbors. Other people might be outside, but they’re usually doing something, not simply watching. They might be playing with their kids. They’re doing chores, but he is never doing any of those things. Even though he has kids, he is never playing with them. He is always sitting in the garage, staring at the neighbors.
So I’m curious if there’s anything that can be done about my creepy neighbor or do I just have to put up with it?
