Let’s Pull Together
We can accomplish huge things when we work together for good!

Gives new meaning to coming in hot. What a stomping!
It’s extremely rare for me to feel this, but I sincerely hope this A-hole is eating out of a feeding tube and drooling down a bib now.
He *totally* would have made it if only that cement wall hadn’t been there. Stupid wall.
I mean, it worked out for bro this time, but teeing off with an animal that could decapitate him with a swipe?! Not too bright.
Couldn’t have happened to a shittier person!
These slipper-socks, made for me by a friend’s mom, had developed the obvious hole in the heal but also a thin area towards the toe. I used a single strand of tapestry wool throughout. The mushroom was made using chain and mattress stitches. The toe was my first attempt at Swiss darning. Not a perfect effort, but I enjoyed it so much that I may have gotten a bit carried away. 😂
Not sure if this is the right place for this request, but I’d like to save my old beloved but falling apart LL Bean slippers. Any advice regarding type of needle, thread, technique, etc. would be hugely appreciated. BTW, I plan to use a thread colour that shows off the stitching in the repair.
The most challenging sashiko I’ve attempted on my favorite headscarf scarf. I love this seigaiha wave pattern so wanted to preserve it in my mend.
My favorite headscarf had become threadbare in a couple spots, so I thought this beautiful piece of indigo-dyed fabric was a perfect candidate for making my first boro. My stitching isn’t all that even, butI learned a lot. There are definitely a few things I’d do differently, but I’m delighted with how it turned out. I used four strands of embroidery thread in two different colous for the sashiko. The patch is a scrap of flannel from a shirt I cut up years ago.
