Can someone just tell me how this looks…

Main problems:

Sleep with open mouth, always tired/brain fog

Difficulty breathing through nose when laying down

Nose “collapsing” when breathing in

Tongue tie, scalloped tongue, tongue feels too big for the palate

Some TMJ clicking, tense jaw muscles, and teeth grinding

Mandible feels pushed back and when i relax or look down it moves forward a lot

CBCT SCAN measurements:

Narrowest points of the airway: 4.7mm and 2.8mm

Intermolar width: 34-36 mm

Haven’t done a sleep study yet for sleep apnea, getting a frectonomy…

I have a good bite and straight teeth according to a normal orthodontist. Lower teeth tipping tho
