
Another recommendation against buying any Heybike products
So, I received a Race Max 27.5" from my brother last year, and mostly it's performed fine. Recently, I had several spokes on my rear wheel break when I took the wheel off for cleaning and maintenance. I emailed Heybike to ask for the rim's tension specs so I could rebuild the wheel, and, well, see their response for yourself:
I've left the initial automated response and my reply with pictures of the broken spokes and motor serial number, but otherwise this is unedited. If a bike company can't provide basic specs so people can properly maintain their bikes, they have no fucking business being in this business.

Yes, it has no audio or any other information. Completely and utterly useless.
